Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and review customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Generate internal job orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and project teams to manage delivery schedules and prepare shipping documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and delivery status.
• Assist in preparing and processing export documentation, including certificates from relevant authorities when required.
• Generate and maintain sales records, performance reports, and forecasts to support business planning.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the finance team on invoicing, payment tracking, and order reconciliation.
• Provide market and customer feedback to support the sales team in improving client engagement and service quality.
