Job Responsibilities
1) Reception Duties :
- Manage front desk operations, including attending to visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to general enquiries.
2) Student Records & Compliance :
Coordinate with teachers on the return of student files.Maintain accurate student records.Complete the archival / disposal process.3) Liaison with Teaching Staff :
Coordinate school-based awards processes, including disseminating letters, collecting reply slips, and collating bank details.Coordinate with teachers on the collection and distribution Packs to students.4) Health & Safety Support :
Replenish supplies in all the First Aid boxes in the premises.Complete stock take and purchase supplies if needed5) Ad-hoc Duites :
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.Job Requirements
Possess Diploma and / or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint).Good spoken and written communication skills.Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable.Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Tell employers what skills you have
