Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1) Reception Duties :

  • Manage front desk operations, including attending to visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to general enquiries.

2) Student Records & Compliance :

  • Coordinate with teachers on the return of student files.
  • Maintain accurate student records.
  • Complete the archival / disposal process.
  • 3) Liaison with Teaching Staff :

  • Coordinate school-based awards processes, including disseminating letters, collecting reply slips, and collating bank details.
  • Coordinate with teachers on the collection and distribution Packs to students.
  • 4) Health & Safety Support :

  • Replenish supplies in all the First Aid boxes in the premises.
  • Complete stock take and purchase supplies if needed
  • 5) Ad-hoc Duites :

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma and / or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint).
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable.
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
