Senior M&E Coordinator (Construction) - D21 Upper Bukit Timah, Clementi Park, Ulu Pandan, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior M&E Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all M&E works at site in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements / construction schedule.
• Liaise with design consultants on the design intent.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
• Attend and facilitate M&E coordination meeting.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
• Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site temporary utilities services.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
