Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced
professional to join our team as an Onboarding & Client
Lifecycle Specialist. In this role, you will :
Perform onboarding processes including document review
and account set-up.
Ensure adherence to
regulations, guidelines, standards, and policies.
Maintain in-depth awareness of potential legislative and
policy breaches and act proactively to prevent their
occurrence.
Provide advisory and hotline
support to internal clients. Business partners include, but are not
limited to, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Business Risk
Management, and Project teams.
Engage in
process improvement projects to streamline and automate document
review and static data update
processes.
Requirements :
2 to 6 years of experience in wealth management
onboarding, client lifecycle maintenance, or related operations
roles.
Working knowledge of Hong Kong and / or
Singapore regulatory landscape preferred.
Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and
logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
Experience in leading and / or implementing process changes
and automation is an
advantage.
