- Perform day-to-day operational tasks relating to employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, and talent management
- Support talent acquisition through job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing, verification and screening of candidates
- Implement new hire onboarding and offboarding programs, and other initiatives, leveraging digitalisation, along the employee journey to bring about an enhanced experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and employment practices and implement changes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with Workplace Experience to support and implement employee engagement activities
- Implement employee surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee issues and needs
- Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and issues, escalating complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate levels
QualificationsQualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication Studies, Psychology (or similar)Minimum 1-2 years relevant HR working experienceGood knowledge of the specifics of employment lawProven professional experience in project management, multi-stakeholder relationship management and implementation of staff engagement initiativesFluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skillsPreferably previous professional experience in multi-cultural environmentAt a GlanceAt a Glance
