Main Responsibilities :

The Temporary Accounts Executive will provide support to the Finance team in handling day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, and assisting with month-end closing activities during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle specific accounting functions (AP, AR, GL) as assigned
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments in a timely manner
• Issue invoices and follow up on collections
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow tracking
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and schedules
• Assist with audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required
