Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

Accurately book daily trade and non-trade transactions, and maintain portfolio data within the portfolio management system.
Ensure timely and accurate integration of daily prices into the system.
Perform daily and weekly reconciliations between the system and bank statements.
Investigate and resolve trade settlement issues promptly with banks and custodians.
Prepare accurate and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) reports for client portfolios.
Coordinate and process capital call payments and related documentation.
Liaise with banks, custodians, and investment funds to validate data and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with the Investment team to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and system efficiency; work with the team to implement changes.
Embrace technology and automation in daily tasks to drive efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail; a high level of accuracy is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other financial systems or data tools is a plus.

Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.

Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities.

A proactive mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative small company environment.

Comfort with technology and a strong interest in using tech-based tools to streamline operations.
