Job descriptionReports to Project Director Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil) Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts Manage Subcontract issues from time to time Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
Position : Quantity Surveyor cum drafter
Salary range : $2k to $3k + Performance Bonus
Working hours : 5.5 days per week
Location : Mandai Estate
Job requirements :
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying
- Training Provided
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
