Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle of our cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate is to have a strong background in ERP solutions, sales management, and customer engagement, with the ability to analyze market trends and execute strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, track, and manage sales pipelines within targeted industries,optimize sales strategies and execution plans.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable Saas ERP solutions, Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients,conduct customer needs analysis and provide tailored ERP solutions,and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Assist in solution customization and alignment with customer business needs.
- Develop sales strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans,monitor and evaluate sales performance, making necessary adjustments.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines,manage risks associated with ERP sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors,share best practices and insights within the team to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience : 3 to 5 years in ERP sales, preferably in payroll software or enterprise solutions.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Skills
Strong understanding of ERP systems and / or SaaS-based solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as a must. Other languages is a perk to being chosen.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Tell employers what skills you have
