✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all assigned stewarding and dishwashing areas.
- Manage and maintain F&B operating supplies & equipment (OS&E) inventory.
- Perform deep cleaning and routine cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all cleaned kitchenware and utensils.
- Support kitchen and service teams by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment.

- Comfortable to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to carry large and heavy kitchen equipment
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
