R&D Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Support mechanical product development activities from concept to production.
• Manage and deliver design projects in line with requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and ensure manufacturability.
• Prepare design proposals, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software for prototypes and production.
• Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and refine designs to meet quality and performance standards.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
