Work Location : North area, under MNC electronics manufacturing field

Salary Range : up to $3000 (dep on exp)

️ Monday – Friday : 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm

Must be prepared to support overtime duties (OT Payable)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble semiconductor components using machines or manual tools
• Operate equipment such as wire bonders or die bonders
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Handle, label, and record materials and production data
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety procedures

Work Environment

• Cleanroom-based role – requires wearing of full cleanroom attire
• Collaborative environment with focus on process quality, safety, and continuous improvement
