Job Description

In this role, you will :

Prospect, acquire, and manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, building strong and lasting partnerships.

Conduct credit assessments and prepare loan proposals that balance client needs with sound risk management.

Monitor accounts proactively, identify potential risks, and work with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely loan approvals and excellent client service.

Stay up to date with industry and regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities are compliant.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring :

At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending, SME financing , or related credit and relationship management roles

A strong track record in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.

Solid understanding of credit proposals and risk analysis, with sharp problem-solving skills.

Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage both internal stakeholders and external clients.
