Our client, a renowned Contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Architectural Coordinator (Hospitality)

Job Description & Requirements

  • Prepare both shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee the development of models, documentation, and construction-related outputs using appropriate production techniques.
  • Develop and maintain BIM model component libraries and ensure adherence to established BIM standards and protocols.

    • Requirements :

  • Possess a relevant Certificate, Diploma, or Degree with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
  • Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of current BIM tools, software versions, and industry practices

    • OTHER INFORMATION :

  • Location : Central
  • Working hours : 5.5 Days
  • Salary : up to S$7,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
