Responsibilities :
Provide on-site service activities at customer premises, including :Perform corrective maintenance work on Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs)Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues on MFPsUpdate all completed service jobs in CRM and clear parts used in SAP systemHandle machine setup (printer driver installation, scanning setup via Email / PC) for newly purchased MFPsProvide administrative support to service team (report updating, collection of payment, ordering of service parts, etc.)Period :

GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent2 – 5 years’ product management experience in copier, including troubleshootingClass 3 driving license requiredGood IT knowledge in softwareStrong technical knowledge in MFP, ECR / POSGood communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-service oriented, structured, and detail-orientedAble to work independently and make decisions, escalating when necessaryInterested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred) :
