About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director / Senior Manager.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties and job scope : -

• To lead the project team comprising project manager, project / site engineer, BIM modeller, supervisor and skilled workers in executing specialist subcontracting jobs in air conditioning & mechanical ventilation (ACMV) and electrical works; and / or
• To lead subcontractors and in-house technicians in carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair works for the building premises of Gain City.
