What You'll Be

Doing :

Create compelling video

content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram,

YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, capturing the essence of our

brand.

Develop fresh, creative

ideas that not only align with our brand identity

but have the potential to go viral!

Bring your creative touch to

design . Eye-catching graphics, posters,

infographics, and social media visuals.

Craft attention-grabbing captions and

copy for posts, stories, and campaigns that will

resonate with our audience.

Engage with our community by

responding to customer feedback and inquiries across social media

channels.

Monitor content

performance and share your insights to help us

improve and evolve our approach.

Reaching out to KOLs / Influencers.

You'll also reach out to beauty

influencers to feature in our videos and broaden our

reach, bringing a fresh perspective to our

content.

KEY

RESPONSIBLITIES : Content

Creation : Design,

Develop, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos,

graphics) for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,

TikTok, Lemon8, Xiao Hong Shu etc.).

Shoot and

create video content for Reels, TikTok, and other social media

platforms.

Ensure all content aligns with our

brand voice, aesthetic, and marketing strategy.

Social Media

Management : Assist in

managing our social media accounts, including responding to

comments and messages.

Foster community

engagement by interacting with our followers and clients

online.

Monitor social media analytics to

track performance and suggest

improvements

Influencers

and Media Relations :

Research and identify relevant influencers and media

contacts in the beauty and wellness industry.

Collaborate with influencers and media to promote our

beauty salon and services.

Manage

relationships with influencers and media, ensuring effective

communication and collaboration.

Track and

analyze the performance of influencer and media

collaborations.

Digital

Advertising

Plan and

execute paid campaigns across Google, Facebook,

Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms .

Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve marketing

objectives.

Who

We're Looking For :

You're currently studying or have graduated in

Marketing, Advertising,

Communications , or a related field.

You've got a passion for the beauty and

retail industry - if you're always up-to-date with

the latest trends, you'll fit right in!

Strong communication skills

(written and verbal) - whether it's crafting the perfect caption or

collaborating with the team, you know how to get your point

across.

You're

tech-savvy , familiar with graphic

design and video editing software like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), that's a plus!

Creativity is your

superpower - you can think outside the box and

produce content that stands out.

You're

detail-oriented and know how to stay

organized and meet deadlines, but you also know how to have fun

with your work.

Marketing / is experienced with KOLs and

influencers
