Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Prepare proposals and cost estimations for tender projects.
• Estimate project quantities and costs efficiently for major tenders, including : take-off of HVAC equipment, preparation of IO summary, DDC controller sizing, field device selection, BOQ preparation, costing, and valve selection.
• Assist the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical and costing matters during contract acquisition.
• Plan, coordinate, and consolidate all estimating activities to meet tender deadlines.
• Interpret and review engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Follow internal Tendering / Proposal policies and procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
