Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Structure & Compliance : Orchestrate company registration, annual filings, and capital changes, ensuring compliance for domestic and overseas entities, and supporting due diligence for financing.
- Office & Admin Operations : Plan and manage administrative affairs such as office selection, fit-out, and relocation, establish and optimize procurement and fixed-asset management processes, and effectively control administrative costs.
- Digital Operations : Design and implement digital workflows to improve administrative efficiency, such as approval processes and reimbursement management.
- Policy Framework : Establish and improve the company's administrative policy suite, covering administration, and records management, to support company growth.
- Employee Relations : Assist in managing employee relations, ensuring employee satisfaction, and resolving potential labor disputes.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Affairs Administration, Management, or a related field.7+ years of experience in HR and administrative management, with a preference for experience in high-growth tech startups.Solid knowledge and practical experience in company registration, compliance filings, due diligence, office operations, and digital process design.Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal English proficiency, capable of effective communication with diverse team members.Proficient in office software and relevant admin management systems.Tell employers what skills you have
