Job Description
Maintenance and on-going review of
Branch wide operational risk management,internal control, and
delegation of authority management policies, procedures, standards,
guidelines, methodology and related work plans;
Monitor the bank-wide operational risks as the second
line of defences via Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Risk and Control
Assessment (RACA), Operational Risk Event (ORE) and Loss Data
Collection (LDC), including analyzing, measuring, and assessing the
results derived from the operational risk systems, seting up the
related monitoring models and parameters and conducting review in a
timely manner;
Guide the various departments
to identify, assess and mitigate the operational risks via KRI,
RACA, ORE and LDC;
Provide guidance and
review for interpreting and implementing relevant requirements on
internal and external fraud risk management, monitor trends in
external fraud incidents, analyze data and report to management and
MAS as required.
Review and investigate on the
internal controls alerts generated by the ORM system.
Prepare operational risk management related reports and
data analysis for regulatory and / or management
reporting.

Job Requirements
At least 3 years of Compliance / Operational Risk
Management related working experience.
Professional Certification would be
advantageous.
Familiar and possess in-depth
understanding of the Operational Risk Management / Internal
Controls / Compliance MAS requirements on relevant incident
reporting, notices, guidelines in banking industry. Familiar with
banking products.
Able to work independently
and work effectively with various stakeholders. Strong attention to
detail, analytical, and possess statistical skills. Dedicated and
excellent multitasking skills. Excellent team work.
