Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of healthcare IT projects, including new digital platforms and emerging technologies
• Manage IT systems operations such as contract renewals, compliance tracking, and process documentation
• Assist in system enhancements, change requests, and user acceptance testing for hospital applications
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure service continuity
• Prepare guides, SOPs, and training materials to support user adoption
• Support budgeting, procurement, and service outsourcing activities
• Conduct data analysis and recommend improvements to streamline operations
