About the role
Tritek Power & Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Admin / Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth running of our business operations. What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
Process quotation, invoices, credit notes and payments in a timely manner
Liaise with clients and vendors on quote, billing or payment discrepancies
In charge of Office administrative and customer services
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our office administrative and financial processes
What we're looking for
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with office management best practices and procedures
Singaporean / PR only
