Job Responsibilities :

Research and analyze market, users trend, and the roadmap for the product.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, analytics, design, user experience, engineering, user enablement and factory to ensure product release delivery.
Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Lead junior peers in achieving new product development to market.

Job Requirements :

Degree in Engineering or similar relevant field.

6+ Years of Experience in technology industry, handling Product Innovation, Product Owner or similar role.

Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.

A creative thinker with a vision, attention to details, excellent organizational & time management skills.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Read / Write) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.

Able to travel overseas on a short-notice is essential.
