Job Description
Establish a company-wide V&V framework covering hardware, software, autonomy, and cloud, with clear release gates and decision checkpoints.Lead FMEA, HALT / HASS / ALT, DOE, and reliability growth programs; ensure early risk detection and robust system performance.Set up validation labs, design jigs / fixtures, and implement automated test systems and CI-driven pipelines.Develop and execute qualification plans for high-risk parts and subsystems; maintain vendor validation standards.Partner with regulatory teams to deliver pre-compliance and audit-ready evidence for global standards (EMC / EMI, IEC, ISO, RED, functional safety).Work closely with R&D, Product, and Manufacturing to de-risk designs and ensure reliable, safe, and customer-ready releases.The Successful Applicant
10-15+ years in product validation & reliability for mechanical or electrical systems.Proven experience building validation labs, designing test jigs, and creating automated test infrastructures.Strong expertise in reliability engineering methods : FMEA, HALT / HASS / ALT, Weibull, DOE, RBD, FRACAS.Skilled in software quality engineering at the system level (SIL / HIL, CI pipelines, coverage / reporting).Familiarity with global compliance standards (EMC / EMI, ISO 13849, IEC 60335, RED, functional safety).Exceptional communicator - able to present data-driven validation evidence to R&D, product, and manufacturing stakeholders.What's on Offer
