Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Liaise with divisions on mails, courier and other postal services required
- Liaise with vendors on the collection of mails and courier services required
- Sort and distribute incoming mails and couriers (into the respective pigeonholes)
- Perform updates (i.e. data entry) of incoming mails, outgoing mails and outgoing couriers in intranet portal
- Process mails, couriers and postage invoices on a monthly basis
- Handle requests for and issuance of office supplies
- Any other tasks required by Records Management & Admin team.
Requirements :
At least three years of work experience (experience in despatch / mailroom services would be an advantage)Meticulous and a team player.Salary : $2000 / month
Location : Clarke Quay / Cityhall
Working Arrangement :
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Contract Period : 1 year
