About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Industrial Engineer (10–15 years) to join a global leader in automotive technology. This is a senior role where you will lead productivity and cost improvement initiatives, oversee new manufacturing line setup, manage CAPEX budgets, and drive Lean Manufacturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing : layout, Work Standard Instructions (WSI), routing, process & material flow.

Lead a team in productivity & cost improvement projects.

Perform cost estimation for potential products.

Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and standards.

Collaborate with product teams to implement resource optimization ideas.

Conduct time & motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Plan, set up, and optimize manufacturing lines.

Support new product start-ups and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Track and control CAPEX spending for new manufacturing lines.

Drive Lean initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping, during line setup.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 10–15 years’ industrial / manufacturing engineering experience in automotive, electronics, or precision engineering industries.

Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, WSI, and time & motion studies.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
