Our client is the leading professional development consultancy company, encompassing building development and management services.
With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Technical Officer to join their team.

- Assist in the management and maintenance of the site in accordance with the contractual requirements and standards set by the Client.
- Work in a team to carry out daily routine works in the shopping mall including conducting inspections to ensure that all building installations and equipment are maintained according to schedule and are in good working condition.
- Carry out work plans and programmes in accordance with Client’s guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and statutory requirements and attend to feedback, complaints and services as requested by the Client.
- Oversee works / services and ensure that services are delivered on time and according to Client’s requirements.
- Supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building premises.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Nitec qualification in technical or building services or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5 years of technical experience in the field of facilities management.Possess Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be preferred.Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, though opportunities are limited to specific sites.Able to start work immediately or within short notice.Additional Information :
Rotating shift (including weekends & Public Holidays).Working schedules : 5.5 / 6 days’ work week, 44-hrs work week.2 years contract (renewable basis)
