Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including opening and closing duties.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records; perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.

Ensure proper and compliant storage of inventory, strictly prohibiting the storage of unauthorized materials, and adhering to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines.

Perform picking, packing, and issuance of inventory; assist in the loading and unloading of goods.

Conduct inspection and verification of incoming and outgoing materials and items.

Support the assessment of returned units and assist with basic hardware repairs or reconditioning when required.

Ensure the warehouse follows the 5S principles, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Provide logistical support, including delivery and pickup of supplies as needed.

Monitor and refill consumables such as chemicals or soap as required.

Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

Minimum “O” Level and above
Experience working in warehouse environment
Class 3 license is required
Forklift license is required
Physically fit due to work contingencies
Good team player with positive work attitude
Able to work at 15 Tuas View Square
