Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategize branding positions in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Plan product line-ups and define unique selling points (USP) for all car models.
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities within the Sales Department.
• Review and enhance showroom operations to improve the overall retail experience.
• Plan manpower requirements and support recruitment efforts.
• Establish pricing, promotional activities, and sales plans to drive volume and profitability.
• Monitor and coach teams to achieve Financing, Insurance, and Trade-In penetration targets.
• Design, review, and implement sales incentive and commission schemes for Sales Consultants.
• Track and manage sales performance to meet Financial Year (FY) targets.
• Oversee stock inventory and implement measures to improve stock turnover.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and product trends; recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen selling skills and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
