Job descriptionAt least a Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar. Must have at least 3 years experience as QS, prefarrably in Facade Industry Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. Great networking abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender.
- Prepare tender and quotations.
- Review and analyze Contract Agreement of a project from the client.
- Review and prepare contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Progress claim to client.
- Finalization of claim / account.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas area. Shuttle service is provided.
