Join Our Team as a Service Crew / Host

Full-Time | $2,300 - $2,800 | 5 Days Work Week | Singapore)

At Mama Diam and Lou Shang , we don't just serve food and drinks - we serve stories, nostalgia, and unforgettable experiences . From a wellness-themed TCM bar to a hidden 80s provision shop to a cosy 90s corridor café, each of our brands offers a unique journey for our guests.

Now, we're looking for vibrant, people-loving individuals to be the face of our restaurants as a Service Crew / Host .

What You'll Do :

Be the first smile guests see - greet, seat, and make them feel at home.
Manage reservations and keep the flow smooth for both guests and the team.
Share our stories and help guests discover the hidden gems behind our spaces.
Keep our host areas neat, stocked, and welcoming (yes, the Mama Shop & popsicle sticks included!).
Assist on the floor when needed - from resetting tables to helping with photos for guests.
Handle queries with confidence and resolve guest concerns with grace.
Work closely with Managers and teammates to create a safe, fun, and seamless dining experience .

What We're Looking For :

Warm, friendly personality and a genuine love for people.

Strong communication skills (a good sense of humour is a plus!).

Ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player who isn't afraid to get hands-on.

Prior F&B experience is great, but not a must - we'll guide you!

What You'll Get :

2,300 - $2,800 monthly salary

5-day, 44-hour work week (work-life balance matters!)
