Position: Part-Time Academic Content Assistant
Location: On-site (Report to Office – Singapore)

SAM EduGPT is hiring responsible and detail-oriented part-time staff to support our education platform.
This role focuses on processing exam papers, managing academic content, and performing quality checks. The work is structured and system-based, similar to academic data entry and content operations.
No advanced subject knowledge is required.
Full training, templates, and SOPs will be provided.
This role is ideal for students, tutors, and individuals looking for flexible part-time work in the education sector.
Extract questions, answers, and diagrams from exam papers
Enter and upload academic content into the system accurately
Format text, images, and data using provided templates
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Apply checklists to verify completeness and consistency
Review AI-generated content using fixed guidelines
Tag and label materials using reference guides
Organise digital files and records properly
Track task progress and report completion status
Support supervisors in routine content operations
Minimum: Upper Secondary / JC / Polytechnic / University level
Able to work carefully with attention to detail
Comfortable with structured and repetitive tasks
Basic computer and typing skills
Responsible and punctual
Able to report to office regularly
Preferred (Advantage):
Tutoring or teaching experience
Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus
Experience in admin / data entry / academic support roles
