About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of the Corporate Real Estate Services, General Services’ pool driver team, providing services to Management and employees of the Bank upon request.

Your responsibilities include but not limit to :

Chauffeur the top Management, Guests and Clients of the Company
Running errands for the top Management
Ensure that the vehicle is always clean both the inside and outside
Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
Report immediately if vehicle not functioning in good manner or met an accident
Check the traffic and plan the best route to take.
Carry out other assignments as and when assigned

Job Requirements

Possess valid Class 3 driving license with good driving record

Pleasant looking and well-groomed. Formal attire required

Reliable, professional, punctual, organize and able to keep track of time and manage schedules.

Healthy and physically fit

Always comply to COVID-19 Measures.

Strictly no smoking in the vehicle

Must be very willing to work according to schedule on weekdays, weekends and PH, during day and nighttime and be on standby when required

Know Singapore road well and able to drive in west Malaysia

Skillful with big vehicle, for example Toyota Alphard / Vellfire and Mercedes S500L.
