Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Serangoon

Work Days : Monday to Friday

Work Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Home Visits Per Day : Typically 3–4 homes, depending on patient load

On-Call Requirement : None on weekdays

Job Scope :

• Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients
• Manage care plans and coordinate with doctors and social workers
• Support patients and families with end-of-life care needs
