Site Coordinator / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Project Manager in the supervision and coordination of all MEP services.

Attends to clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.

Closely monitor, manage, and coordinate MEP services work and work closely with DSC's / EDC's / NCS's to ensure project completion according to schedule.

Manage MEP subcontractors' submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, report work progress on site to Project Manager.

Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD / RCP).

Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Cost & Time Oriented.

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification.

Knowledge of MEP services.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Willing to work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Good to has experience in Microsoft Project (Optional)

Team player with good working attitude.

Detail oriented and with excellent organization skills.
