Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Supervisor in general will in charge of the inbound and outbound team. He / She will report to the Warehouse Manager. This role is responsible for end-to-end activities such as inbound receiving, returns, dispatch, labeling, picking, auditing and delivery processes that are required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
• Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and / or disputes
• Manage cycle counting program according to SLA
• Investigate stock discrepancies and feed causes for stock discrepancies through to the operation
• Investigate internal excess & short picks and feed causes through to the operations
• Report on any stock adjustments; including the reasons for these adjustments
• Responsible yearly staff performance, teamwork and etc
• Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports
• Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
• Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using a WMS or SAP
• Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager in support of operations when necessary
