Job descriptionDesign and administer a Food Safety Assurance System.Investigate findings and identity the causes of incidents related to food safety.Carry out compliance checks and internal audits related to SFA to all premises.Rectify issues related to SFA.Conduct food safety training to staff as required.Maintain and update central kitchen's ISO 22000 documentation accordingly.Report findings and investigation to superiors.Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
