We seek a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure departmental efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Applicant must manage and control daily work operations at the Mechanical and Electrical project sites of Fusion Engineering & Services Pte Ltd at various locations in Singapore (Construction and plant maintenance work). Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize workflows of ongoing projects.
- Applicant shall implement safe work practices at the job site to work towards Zero LTI
- Applicant should have good experience in managing manpower and transport execution of project sites
- To work closely with the owner, client, sub-vendors, main contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- The Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the project execution is according to the project Safety and quality requirements
- To maintain project documentation at all phases of construction
- Drive process improvements and enhance productivity.
