Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Design and delivery of DeltaV systems on site.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
  • Lead team of engineers to deliver the Automation Project on site.
  • Lead, design Develop and / or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site’s standards.
  • As a Subject Matter expert, lead development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client.

Requirements

  • Good technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel / field wiring and PLC control systems.
  • Good experience In Automation Sector ideally in the Pharmaceutical and / or Biotechnology industry .
  • Good Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
  • Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc),
  • Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
  • Leadership abilities, works well in a team environment.
  • Capacity to lead team of engineers for design, development, and delivering Automation projects.
  • Experience with Operations Support on site
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills
