Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES
- Coordinate and execute the setup of banquets, ensuring a captivating atmosphere for guests.
- Provide hands-on assistance to actively support and coordinate various events.
- Arrange tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, and other necessary elements for banquet events.
- Ensure timely and efficient setup according to event specifications.
- Guarantee the smooth flow of activities, upholding the high standards expected at the Singapore Flyer.
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained throughout events, addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist other F&B outlets whenever needed
- Able to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry. Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.Effective communication skills and service oriented and an excellent team playerEnjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skillsBilingual will be a plusTell employers what skills you have
