Job Description : Marketing Intern

Internship Objective
This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital branding, and professional outreach. The selected candidate will support day-to-day marketing tasks while gaining exposure to real-world strategies in asset management, event planning, and content development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research Support
- Summarize trends in predictive maintenance and electrical systems
- Track industry awards and recognitions
- Assist in preparing internal briefs and blog publishing reminders
2. Event & Travel Coordination
Support logistics planning for upcoming eventsResearch sustainable branded items (e.g., eco-notebooks, plantable pens)Draft pre- and post-event email communications3. Customer Story Mining
Review past client files and correspondenceIdentify mini-success stories for social media or award submissionsOrganize stories by theme (innovation, reliability, impact)4. Visual & Content Preparation
Resize logos and source images from stock databases (with guidance)Format PowerPoint slides for brand consistencyTranscribe voice memos or handwritten notes into structured documents5. Miscellaneous Support
In addition to core responsibilities, the intern may assist with :
Contact Database Management : Digitizing business cards into Excel, verifying contact details via phone, and organizing contacts by category (media, vendors, partners, potential customers).Company Asset Organization : Sorting and labeling company visuals, maintaining a centralized archive for decks and materials, and resizing / compressing visuals for digital use.Skills You'll Gain
