Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Information :

Mon to Fro 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
Property Management & storage industry

Responsibilities :

Monitor system performance and ensure network, system, and endpoint security

Maintain internal applications such as door access , parking, telephony systems

Maintain CCTV and WIFI system network

Provide end-users and customers remote and onsite technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issue

Track technical support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, floor plan and technical documentation

Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Requirements :

IT Diploma in Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems) with knowledge in design, PHP, CSS, HTML and CMS is a plus.

Minimum 2-3 years experience

Maintain hardware and software of in-house systems

Able to handle Windows / Server administration

Well versed in MS Office
