Resident Technical Officer (Architect)

Responsibilities :

1) Assit Lead Resident

Engineer and Resident Engineers in daily IRF inspections and

coordination activities.

2) Conducting regular

and IRF inspections of all architectural works, including finishes,

waterproofing, roofing and facade systems

etc.,

3) Verify that the contractor's work is a

detailed execution of the approved architectural drawings and

contract specifications.

4) Identifying and

reporting any defects, non-comformities, or deviations from the

approved plans.

5) Responsible for identifying

the defect lists and carrying IRF inspection for the rectification

works until satisfactorily completed.

6)

Ensuring the contractor's work adhere to the relevant safety

regulation and codes of practices as stipulated by the Building and

Construction Authority (BCA) and the Ministry of

Manpower(MOM)

Requirements : 1)

Diploma in Architecture, Building Tecgnology or a related

discipline from a recognize institution.

2) At

lease 5 years of relevant full-time site supervision experience who

have worked on similar projects i.e., large infrastructure projects

or waste / water management projects in

Singapore

3) Proficiency inreading and

interpreting complex architectural and technical

drawings.

4) Strong knowledge of local building

codes and regulations in Singapore.

5) Strong

problem-solving abilities to address on site challenges

efficiently.
