M&E Maintenance Engineer - D22 Jurong, Jurong Island, Tuas, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Corrective & Repair Work. Manage Maintenance & Repair Works Service Report and Checklist. Experience in SOR & STAR Rate Quotation submission to clients
• System Maintenance : Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including M&E systems, fire alarms, and air-conditioning units.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues within the M&E systems, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
• Supervision : Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work, often involving contractors and service providers.
• Inspections : Conduct regular physical inspections to assess facility performance and ensure all systems function correctly.
• Reporting : Create and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, progress, and technical issues to clients and management.
• Coordination : Work collaboratively with clients, facilities teams, and contractors to address technical issues and manage projects.
• Education : A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building / Facilities Engineering is usually required.
• Experience : A strong background in facilities maintenance operations is often a plus, though specific requirements vary by role.
• Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and lighting.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose complex problems and implement effective solutions under limited supervision.
• Communication : Strong skills in communicating with clients, supervisors, and team members to resolve issues and provide updates.
