Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :

• Support implementing QMS improvement across departments acoording with IATF requirements.
• Review batch release activities for production, approve records.
• Promote awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Verify and manage CAPA for quality issues, ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Update and ensure compliance with CSR, provide training to employees.
• Develop and review IATF / ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.
• Manage MOC for critical parameter changes and audits (customer , internal, supplier).
• Conduct IATF / ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.
• Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.
• Resolve quality-related issues in production and support audits.
