PANDA Snacks is on a mission to bring delightful, healthy, and exciting snacks to the world — and we’re looking for a passionate Training Manager to lead and develop impactful training programs that empower our teams and support business growth.
💼 Job Description
- Execute training programs to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle day-to-day training arrangements, including venue setup, training materials, participant notifications, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in conducting new hirenonboarding sessions to help employees integrate into the company culture and workflows.
- Follow up on training feedback and evaluation results, compile reports, and propose improvements.
- Maintain training records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
✨ Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in training coordination or related administrative roles (F&B / Retail industry experience is an advantage);Strong organizational and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently arranging courses, preparing materials, and maintaining records;Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at different levels;Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital learning tools;Able to multitask and manage training activities effectively under tight timelines.🌟 You’re someone who :
