Recruit, train and supervise volunteers to support the implementation of Active Ageing activities at designated Active Ageing centres.
Work closely with the Senior Care and Active Ageing teams to coordinate administrative, finance and procurement processes for Active Ageing services.
Assist the Manager for Active Ageing services in all MOH service audit of Active Ageing services in respective centres.
Provide manpower coverage for Active Ageing service when necessary.
Coordinate with HQ colleagues on implementing outdoor programmes for Senior Care and Active Ageing seniors.
Support the digitalization of Active Ageing modules in the Senior Care Management System.
Conduct market research on the needs of seniors aged 50 and above to enhance service offerings for Senior Care and Active Ageing services.
Promote branding and publicity of Senior Care and Active Ageing services by working closely with colleagues from the Strategic Planning and Communications department.
Provide project management support on special projects to enhance or promote the service offerings of PCF Sparkle Care.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited University or Polytechnic
Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in an Intermediate and Long-Term Care
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possesses a passionate and sincere disposition to implement activities and outreach to active and frail seniors
