Job Description :
- Recruit, train and supervise volunteers to support the implementation of Active Ageing activities at designated Active Ageing centres.
- Work closely with the Senior Care and Active Ageing teams to coordinate administrative, finance and procurement processes for Active Ageing services.
- Assist the Manager for Active Ageing services in all MOH service audit of Active Ageing services in respective centres.
- Provide manpower coverage for Active Ageing service when necessary.
- Coordinate with HQ colleagues on implementing outdoor programmes for Senior Care and Active Ageing seniors.
- Support the digitalization of Active Ageing modules in the Senior Care Management System.
- Conduct market research on the needs of seniors aged 50 and above to enhance service offerings for Senior Care and Active Ageing services.
- Promote branding and publicity of Senior Care and Active Ageing services by working closely with colleagues from the Strategic Planning and Communications department.
- Provide project management support on special projects to enhance or promote the service offerings of PCF Sparkle Care.
