Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role involves a mix of Level 1 and 2 support responsibilities, on-site deployments, system upgrades, and proactive maintenance work. You’ll work with both cloud-based and on-premise enterprise systems and be a key part of ensuring customer satisfaction.
