Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have 10+ years of experience in Banking industry with key focus on Private & Wealth Management.
• Should have extensive experience in Technology Transformation, Process Engineering & Re-Engineering and Policy formulation.
• Hands on experience in delivering strategic transformation programs with innovative solutions and other business benefits such as cost reduction, operational efficiency, and client servicing.
• Should have end to end experience in Business Case analysis, Target Operating Model (TOM) definition, Requirement’s formulation, Solution Design, Testing, Launch, Training & Adoption.
• Hands on experience in Preparation, Sign Off, Training & Launch of Global Process Standards for new processes.
• Must have hands on experience in API, Microservices, SQL, VB, Confluence, JIRA.
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
