Roles & Responsibilities
Documentation and quantity surveying :
- Oversee the management of contract documents, drawings, and client instructions in line with document control procedures.
- Review drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Assist with requesting quotations, updating budgets, and distributing revised documents.
- Maintain and update document tracking logs.
- Participate in variation meetings with the Project Manager, interacting with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Owners.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
Claims Authentication :
Perform site inspections to verify variations and document claims.Assist the Project Manager in assessing and certifying completed work.Review subcontractor claims and track the progress of claims submissions and payments.Monitor ongoing orders and report on outstanding amounts.Support the Project Manager in preparing quotations.Tell employers what skills you have
